Private beta help
Support
For invited Android beta participants
Use the support channel included with your private-beta invitation. ForeNav does not offer emergency, roadside, weather-warning, or navigation support.
Before sending a report
- Move to a safe place and stop interacting with the phone if you are driving.
- Note what you were doing: Check, Watch, Protect, or Journey View.
- Include the approximate time and whether ForeNav was foregrounded or backgrounded.
- Describe what you expected and what happened instead.
Do not send passwords, sign-in codes, API keys, precise location history, or another person's personal information. A screenshot is useful only after checking that it does not expose information you do not want to share.
Guardian help
Guardian should run only while a journey is actively protected and should show a persistent Android notification. If the notification disappears unexpectedly, open ForeNav when safe and check the Protection screen. Report the time and the Android permission or battery-setting change you observed. Do not assume Guardian remained active on this device while the status was uncertain; the journey's server-side Protection status is separate.
Account or data deletion
Request deletion through the support channel included with your invitation. State that you want an account or data deletion and identify the email address you use to sign in. Do not send a password or verification code. ForeNav may ask you to verify control of the account before acting on the request.
The response will explain what was deleted and whether any minimal support, replay, or audit record must remain. Retained route payloads are independently limited to 30 days and may be deleted earlier when a journey ends.
Service boundary
Private-beta journey results use fixture weather and fixture route-notice coverage unless a test is expressly identified otherwise. For current conditions, emergency help, closures, or navigation, use the appropriate official source or service.
