Private Beta Terms
Effective August 30, 2026
These terms describe the limited ForeNav private beta. By participating, you agree to use the beta as an evaluation product and to keep control of every driving decision.
What ForeNav does
ForeNav helps evaluate whether and when a journey should begin, watches that journey decision before departure, and can keep the same journey context while protection is active. ForeNav is not turn-by-turn navigation and does not control your vehicle.
The current private beta uses fixture weather and fixture route-notice coverage unless a test is expressly identified otherwise. Fixture results are for product and lifecycle evaluation, not for making a real-world weather or route decision.
Safety boundary
ForeNav does not promise that a route or journey is safe, that conditions will be avoided, or that an alert will arrive. Do not use ForeNav as an emergency service or as a substitute for official notices, current conditions, road signs, navigation, or your judgment. Follow applicable law and stop using the app whenever doing so would distract you from driving.
Your account and device
The beta is invitation-only. Keep your sign-in and device under your control and give ForeNav accurate journey inputs. Do not attempt to disrupt the service or access another participant's data.
Guardian and notifications
Guardian runs only for an actively protected journey after you grant the required Android permissions. You can stop Guardian on this device at any time; doing so does not end the journey's server-side Protection record. Android, device settings, battery management, network availability, Expo, or Firebase may delay or prevent background monitoring or a notification. ForeNav will not claim monitoring is active when its required app-level permissions are unavailable.
Beta availability
The beta may change, fail, lose local test data, or be unavailable. ForeNav may pause or end access to protect participants, investigate a problem, or change the test. Features described as deferred, default-off, or fixture-backed are not promises of a future release.
Information and feedback
The Privacy page explains how the beta handles information. If you provide feedback, ForeNav may use it to evaluate and improve the product, but you should not include secrets or another person's personal information.
Questions or withdrawal
You can stop participating at any time. Use the support channel provided with your invitation for help, withdrawal, or an account or data deletion request. See ForeNav Support for request guidance.
